Shipping and Returns
We try to keep things simple. FREE shipping on every order. Period.
We guarantee processing of all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
Standard orders will be sent USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for orders once they are in the possession of the carrier but you can check on their status using your tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your LINKS order, it can be exchanged or returned by contacting us within 2 weeks of purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2 days. Just email us with the problem.
Items being shipped must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and shipped using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for goods valued over $100. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not, no exchange or refund will be issued. Once we receive the item from you, we will refund your purchase.
Excepting the case of defect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you were charged shipping on your original order, and you receive a refund for your return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
